Desperate to fend off the attentions of evil vampire Dwayne, Sam (Corey Haim) shoots for the heart ineffectually with an arrow. "You missed, sucker!" taunts Dwayne, clearly the A-Team fan in the Lost Boys. But Sam hits him again, this time successfully, with the force of the arrow carrying Dwayne back into the family hi-fi where he expires amid a shower of sparks and a brief blast of Good Times by INXS. "Death by stereo," gasps Sam, uttering the film’s most famous line. It’s also a great argument for sustaining old technology – after all, this would never happen with an iPod.
