I've never heard Christian Bale's real voice before, who knew he was such a geezer. I thought he did a very convincing estuary English accent in The Prestige for a Welsh man. |

I thought he was welsh too, but he sounded as if he had just stepped off the set of Oliver...nice guy though |

You know, Bale comes across as quite laid-back for someone who's performances are almost always intense. I wish he'd put that side of himself forward on film more often. "I had no idea, I didn't even read the script!"
His convincing estuary accent isn't really surprising, though - he was born in Wales, but raised in England. |
