The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
Original Story: A petty criminal gets swept up in larger events when he witnesses the emperor's murder becomes embroiled in a plot to unleash demonic hordes across the land of Cyrodiil.
Movie Treatment: Another fantasy epic in the making, Oblivion contains much that Lord of the Rings has and more. The main story is a little too hammy to translate without some tweaking but we'd like to see voice stars Patrick Stewart and Sean Bean return for big screen roles.
Guaranteed Crowdpleaser: Our hero arriving at the city of Kvatch to find a gateway to Oblivion has appeared outside the city walls and daedric abominations are flooding forth.
