The Definitive Game Of Thrones Viewers' Guide
Where to find your favourite stars outside of Westeros...

With approximately 72,000 principal characters and at least a million different plot strands (give or take a White Walker), HBO’s Game Of Thrones is an epic of epic epicness, drawing its viewers into an addictive world of dastardly double-crossings, lengthy sex scenes and increasingly uncuddly dragons. It’s so all-consuming that it can be quite alarming to spot a GoT actor outside of George R.R. Martin’s televisual universe. Maisie Williams, who plays Arya Stark, has taken The Cinnamon Challenge on camera and appeared on the Empire Podcast, thereby proving that she is, in fact, an actual person. But what about the rest? To help you identify and further enjoy the work of the Game Of Thrones cast, here they all are, each with our specific tip for what else to watch in their back catalogues.

P.S. Apologies in advance for not including some of the acting newcomers – Kristian Nairn, John Bradley-West, Sophie Turner and so on – as they hadn’t all done enough for us to make a suggestion. That said, Thomas Brodie-Sangster needs a Love Actually shout-out, so here's a link to his adorable work with Liam Neeson.

So Natalia Tena's role in 4 Harry Potter film's with, like, dialogue and stuff, was too short to be considered for inclusion, but Michelle Fairley's part, which involved sitting still for about 10 seconds in one film, qualifies as her best non GoT performance...?!?! More

Easily worse than the Ali G one, is him reading a swinging themed except from the Carankies' autobiography on the Big Fat Quiz Of the year. *Shudder! More
