A View To a Kill (1985) Roger Moore’s final appearance as Bond places the final straw on the proverbial camel’s back. Moore himself has stated that he was too old to be playing Bond at 57, and yet the wardrobe department decided it was high time that Bond wore a blue suede jacket... what??? This would have looked awful on a 25 year-old Bond, let alone a man who’s about to be eligible for a bus pass. It’s almost as if he’s trying too hard to dress younger lest people realise that he’s 21 years older than his love interest, Grace Jones's May Day. |
