Avoid getting hit in the back of the head

The blow to the back of the head is the kryptonite of the 00 agent, the chink in the impenetrable armour that a fully-trained agent possesses. Any villain will use this to his advantage in an effort to strap you to a gurney and cut you in half with a laser, so vigilance is key. Strangely Q Branch hasn't found a way to solve this particular problem.

Examples: Goldfinger, for starters, but if Bond is unconscious in a film chances are it's from a blow to the back of the head.
