Chang Moonraker Producers were apparently trying echo the success of a certain fan-favourite henchman, but what we get here is a poor man's Oddjob. Dressed in less than inconspicuous martial arts attire and never uttering a word, the only bark he has comes from the vicious Dobermans he keeps around to unleash on unsuspecting women- and his bite? Well, any self-respecting henchman would survive a fall from a great height through a plate-glass window. Just sayin'.
