Really? Apart from Thor, what has he Directed that's any good?
Jeez yeah, if you're gonna bash, atleast know what youre talking about. Joss Whedon didn't direct Thor.
In terms of what Joss Whedon has done...
Before his own career launched in the late 90s he was a highly respected script doctor, fixing and cleaning up scripts that had problems.
He has created three of the most loved and critically acclaimed TV shows of the last 20 years (Buffy, Angel, Firefly.)
He wrote one of the most acclaimed runs on a Marvel comic in the last decade with Astonishing X-Men.
And he wrote and directed one of the most popular sci-fi films of the last decade as well, in Serenity.
Whedon has a fantastic writing style and directing style, and IMO (and I'm aware it is your opinion too, so I'm not saying you're wrong) this film looks FAR from average.

I think the craptastic title has been made up for nicely by the fact week get it a week sooner than the USA! A nice change from the usual 6month delay.

ir Kenneth Branagh has directed quite a few thing apart from Thor that have been rather good ;)
Joss Weadon has done some mighty good TV work so I have alot of faith! :D

My better judgement tells that this film is going to be very average. Captain America was awful, The Incredible Hulk was average, Thor was OK, Iron Man was good and Iron Man 2 was average. However this trailer does look very good so I've got high hopes for this. Josh whats his face is what scares me about this. Here's hoping its good! :-) Read More
