007
Cobb and co.'s ice-capades through Inception's snowbound dreamscape are a conscious Nolan homage to the Bond sequences of On Her Majesty's Secret Service, abetted by the work of FX work of Chris '007' Corbould. If the director ever needs to worry where his next job is coming from (he doesn't), this would make a pretty decent job application to Barbara Broccoli. Admittedly, that American passport might be an obstacle here, but he's probably sufficiently British to get away with. And in Nolan's case, the 'Other Interests' section of his CV would include 'causing avalanches', 'skidoo chases' and 'destroying massive towers'. Empire was on set to witness the latter unfolding on the movie's Canadian Rockies set and we're still dusting ourselves off. In other words, if Nolan makes a Bond movie we're buying a helmet.
