There's obviously more to Ben-Hur than that chariot race, but it remains one of the best vehicular action sequences in cinema. The Oscar-sweeping epic gets a luxurious treatment on DVD with all manner of featurettes, one of those historian commentaries so beloved of DVDs for classics and a 1925 silent version of Ben Hur, for reasons of comparison.
