This painter/master criminal loses his sight in a shooting incident, but has it restored in an experimental procedure. The drawback is that he now sees everything in extraordinarily vivid colours and is quickly driven mad. He also possesses a mind-controlling helmet.

None but an extraordinary bravery with colours.

He looks like a migraine.
