In this 2005 curio, Justin Long plays Robin as a nervous kid trying to get somewhere with a woman he's desperate to ask out, but has his efforts thwarted by Batman (Sam Rockwell), who in this film is a swaggering jerk. The commitment on the part of the stars is admirable. We don't know which part we like most, that Rockwell's cowl doesn't fit at all, that Robin nervously covers his crotch when he stands up or the gag about Robin's bright suit and pasty legs blinding The Penguin during a skirmish.
