Hello! Is that on? That one? Thank you all very much indeed, we are all honoured to receive this. Is it voted by the audience isn't it, which is wonderful. The first audience we ever showed it to was a test audience in America you have to go and do these preview things and they give you marks out of 100 of what they think of your movie and this is how your film gets distributed and the kind of distribution it gets. So we were very nervous and flew over very scared about the reaction this film was going to get in Woodland Hills in California, in this kind of suburban place.

We were terrified and sweated buckets as the film was playing, we didn't watch a frame of the film and as the film ended, my editor and I (Paul Tothill) we bolted out fo the cinema and fell down the escalator and hit the sidewalk and lit a cigarette, both thinking 'Thank Christ that's over' and as we lit the cigarette this little fat fucker of an American teenager came out after us wearing a Jack Daniels t-shirt and black spiky hair and he said 'Either of you guys gotta cigarette?' And so we said, 'yes, of course, here's a cigarette young man' and he said, 'Did you guys just see that free movie?' And we said yes we did. And he said, 'It was fucking horrible man, I need six cigarettes to get over that shit.'

But luckily we didn't make the film for the Seed Of Chucky audience, we made it for the sophisticated readers of Empire magazine. It's a great privilege to be working in this country, with supporting actors or actors (laughter from team onstage) like this lot here, they only do supporting roles. We really do have an incredible wealth of acting talent in this country and I'm really proud to know and work with them and they deserve everything - jobs. Thank you very much indeed, goodnight.
