Will Ferrell & John C. Reilly On For Devil's Night
The duo is back with a new comedy

As Talladega Nights and Step Brothers proved, when Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly share the screen comedy magic can happen. So we’re happy to see that they’ve found a new project to reunite on, setting up Devil’s Night for Sony.

Writers Andrew Mogel and Jarrad Paul have come up with the idea, which draws from the night of chaos, arson and madness film fans might remember from The Crow.

Set on October 30, the night before Halloween when the destruction tends to go down, the unofficial holiday in the new script brings Leonard and Gabe together as friends when they were kids, but also ends up tearing them apart. 15 years later, with Devil’s Night growing out of control, they must put their differences aside and reunite to save their neighborhood from utter destruction.

It sounds like it’ll be even crazier than either of their first two collaborations, but it’s still early days on the project. Ferrell and Adam McKay’s Gary Sanchez company will produce for the studio and the duo are looking for a director. We're hoping McKay might consider it to make the reunion complete.

Reilly has just finished shooting Marvel’s Guardians Of The Galaxy in London, while Ferrell will next be on our screens for Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues. We’re keeping our fingers crossed that Reilly has a cameo in the new Ron Burgundy outing and that he managed to survive to the final cut. The sequel is out on December 20.

Stepbrothers reunited!!
John . C. Reilly is one of the most versatile actors I've ever seen, It might be Gangs of New York, Magnolia or Boogie nights, even the Aviator. But somehow when he gets with Will Ferrell he shines more so than usual.. For an actor that is considered one of the go to in hollywood he certainly has earned his comedy chops and well deserved as far as I'm concerned.. It's not going to be everyones cuppa tea but I think it's magic waiting in the wings.. Here's to a part in Anchorman 2.. Rival News More
