New Muppets Teaser Arrives
Meet The Fuzzy Pack

Not to be outdone by the wealth of trailers and clips circulating from the likes of Transformers: Dark of the Moon and X-Men: First Class, the team behind The: Muppets (we've added the colon our own so they don’t feel left out of the fun) has hit upon the idea of releasing not one teaser this week – Tuesday’s spoof Green with Envy trailer – but two, with this new crack at The Hangover. Check it out below.

Yes, with The Hangover 2 (which might more accurately be described as The Hang-Over Again), arriving in cinemas this weekend, the furry fiends have pumped out a promo called The Fuzzy Pack, which features new footage from the movie, including Danny Trejo’s amusing, snarly cameo.

Because the trailer doesn’t really spell out the plot, the story finds Walter, the world’s biggest Muppet fan, working with pals Gary (Jason Segel) and Mary (Amy Adams) to halt the evil plans of Tex Richman (Chris Cooper). See, Tex has discovered that there’s oil beneath that there old, defunct Muppet Theatre and he’s looking to buy it, tear it down and drink that milkshake right out from the ground.

With $10 million needed to save the historical stage, the three friends must help Kermit reunite the Muppets to put on a show that will get them to their target. But finding everyone is a task in itself…

Check out the new teaser and let us know your thoughts. For our part, we're ridiculously excited to have Kermit and co. back...

Directed by James Bobin, The Muppets is out in the US on November 23 and arrives over here on February 17.
