It's like, OMG, a new Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World trailer, and it's now even funnier, more action packed and video-gamier than ever. Right now our excitement levels for this one are at 100% and rising, quite frankly - and yours will be too once you see this promo.
More clearly than ever this shows the gleefully giddy videogame-iness of the story, the awesomeness of Scott's friends (anyone else think that Kieran Culkin might run away with the movie?), and gives us a few more glimpses of the Evil Exes, including a decent snippet showing that Brandon Routh is more than just a Superman.
Scott Pilgrim Vs The World is out on August 25, which is not nearly soon enough.

Kieron Culkin's going to run away with the movie, Wallace is the best frickin character in the books! In other news, just when I thought I couldn't get any more excited about this, here ya go. I shall be watching this every day up til August 13th. In my new dijon/red Plumtree t-shirt. Epic. More
My worries about how this was going to transfer to the big screen have entirely gone. I'm even warming to the idea of Cera as Scott - something I was 100% against when he was originally cast. More

this film is going to be the best thing ever! and i don't agree that michael cera wont be a good scott pilgrim, having just finished reading 1-5 i think he's a good cast choice! up the edgar!! More
I've been feeling ambivalent about this one. The on-screen sound effects could get really tiresome and it's clearly "Michael Cera Vs The World" rather than Scott Pilgrim, but that one scene at the end with Brandon Routh just guaranteed that I'll go to see this. Well done, evil marketing geniuses.
By the way Helen, "...a decent snippet showing that Brandon Routh is more than just a Superman"? Harsh. We already saw that in Zack & Miri. More
