Where The Wild Things Are Trailer
Finally, a better look at Jonze's latest

Where The Wild Things Are Trailer

After teasing us with still images for a little while now, Spike Jonze has finally delivered a trailer for Where The Wild Things Are to give us a better look at what he has planned.

Click the link to watch the first trailer for Where The Wild Things Are in high definition on Apple.

Judging by this trailer, it's going to be a feast of earthy tones for the world of the Wild Things, and a greyer palette for reality. We don't get to hear much of the voice work here - just a few words from James Gandolfini's Carol - so that's all still to come, but there's more action-y goodness than we might have expected, and a dreamy, almost Virgin Suicides tone to it that smacks of Jonze's indie roots.

Where The Wild Things Are is out on October 16 in the US, and not soon enough here.

Helen O'Hara
