Empire Awards Announced
Stars out in force for the Empire Awards today

The great and the good were out in force for the Empire Awards 2000 which took place in London today. Among the stars present at the ceremony which happened at the Park Lane Hotel were Minnie Driver, Alicia Silverstone, Oliver Stone and Kenneth Branagh.
Award winners included Michael Caine who won the Lifetime Achievement Award and the crew for East is East who won Best Debut.
