New Trailer For Scorsese's Hugo
Get a taste of his upcoming kids flick

New Trailer For Scorsese's Hugo

It's a Martin Scorsese 3D family film! Sure, that might seem like one of the less likely sentences ever written, but that was before Hugo, which sees the cinephile director adapt Brian Selznick's delightful (and cinema-loving) children's book The Invention Of Hugo Cabret for the big screen. And here's the new international trailer.

We've already had one trailer, of course, but this new one offers a few new tidbits from the film, and the sight of Scorsese himself discussing his plans. From what we can see here, we feel confident in saying that it's going to look breathtaking and that Sacha Baron Cohen is going to have a close encounter with a cake. It's not a great trailer, sure, and minus marks for using the same tune as Legend Of The Guardians: The Owls Of Ga'hoole, but we're still expecting the film to be rather special.

The film stars Chloe Moretz, Asa Butterfield, Sacha Baron Cohen, Ben Kingsley, Jude Law, Michael Pitt, Emily Mortimer, Christopher Lee, Helen McCrory, Ray Winstone, Richard Griffiths, Michael Stuhlbarg and Frances de la Tour. It hits cinemas here in the UK on December 2.

Sorry, but this is not the international Trailer!
the embedded vid is just the featurette that came out 2 weeks ago. There is a new teriffic trailer though over at the apple trailer page for HUGO. Check it out it´s fantastic (and luckily it doesn´t have any 30Seconds to Mars music in it! ;-)) More

RE: Rubbish American 'Rawk' music in trailers...
I tend to enjoy pretty much anything Scorsese releases. Even if the film isn't great, there is usually something to admire. This however doesn't really interest me. Mostly I suppose is due to me being an adult, but I can't help but wonder why he's cast Butterfield. He's been awful in everything I've seen him in. He was mostly passable in Stripped Pyjamas because he "looked" the part, but was unconvincing whenever he spoke. Every line he has in the trailer seems extremely over acted an More

First time I've ever heard 30 Seconds to Mars confused for Sigur Ros. The clue is the fact that the lyrics are in English. And Jared Leto is singing. More

It looks like a very European style of fantasy with a mini bicentennial man. Chloe Moretz looks a lot like Ophelia in Pans Labyrinth in the above picture. This should be a nice Christmas children's movie and I don't think there has been a decent one for a while. Too many Santa Claus movies or kids movies gone dark. This looks a good magical story with a nice message. I don't like song, but since this doesn't seem like a proper trailer I'll hold off judgement. More
