Tyrannosaur One-Sheet Now Online
Considine's directorial debut approaches

Paddy Considine is one of Empire's favourite Brit actors, thanks to his consistently great performances in indies and blockbusters alike. But with Tyrannosaur he's stepped behind the camera for his feature debut - and today you can have a tiny taste of what's in store from that as the film's poster debuts online.

The story focuses on Peter Mullan's Joseph, an alcoholic who hasn't very much to live for until he forms a friendship with a charity shop worker (Olivia Colman) who reaches out to him. However, her husband (Eddie Marsan) is threatened by their friendship.

This poster hints at a subdued and realistic tone, to us, but you'll be able to judge for yourself when Tyrannosaur, which premiered to considerable acclaim at Sundance, hits screens on October 7.

Typical mis-judgment
Big fan of the Considine, but that's a poor title. Doesn't sell the film whatsoever. More

I'm not entirely sure what its got to do with the film...but the poster looks amazing! More

Hahaha
Gold. Yes, I think the Megashark vs Crocosaurus fanclub may be a little dissapointed. More

To add more negativity to the fact there are no dinosaurs (trading standards should be notified!) and the 'real' story centres around a drunk and a charity shop worker, Empire will obviously give it 5 stars just for those factors alone! More

RE: Oh... meh!
This article is worth it just for the above comment. Empire should have you writing reviews, MikeTheActorMan. Tell us what you think of Transformers 3, please!! More

Oh... meh!
So disappointed when I read what the plot was, when I saw the title I thought AWESOME, a new film about dinosaurs... but no, who wants to watch a film about an alcoholic befriending a charity worker?! More
