Two More Max Payne Posters
Plus one for Transporter 3

21 August 2008  |  Written by Olly Richards  |  Source: impawards.com

IMPAwards has two new posters for Max Payne, the upcoming video game adaptation starring Mark Wahlberg as a man seeking vengeance for the murder of his family. Click either of the posters below for the larger versions.

The site also has the first poster for Transporter 3 (click for bigger). The one-sheet combines Jason Statham and fire. This is what our forefathers had in mind when they first created the word 'badass' back in ancient times. Or the '80s as they're also known.

Transporter 3,whats that thing on his wrist? Way to chunky to be a watch strap and very prominant in the poster, maybe a subtle plot hint. Sorry, subtlety in a Transporter movie,I must be going mad! More

RE: hmm
Looks rather Sin City like from the trailer. I'm sure Marky Mark got cast just because he looks like Max Payne. I'll wait for the reviews. More

RE: Two More Max Payne Posters
t="arial"]i think the trailer looks really good, but at the moment i suposse it could go either way, but im guessing and hoping for the better. i really like the game, has more than some shot em ups do, and i think it could make a great film I reckon marc w would be great at this its his kinda thing, i dont understand why people didnt like "we own the night"was one of the only reviews of empires i didnt aggree with, however the happening was soo crap, but blame the script which was the dire More

RE:
Well i don't like those posters. They look a bit artificial for me. But clearly the floor is going to play some significant part in the film otherwise why would he keep looking at it? Hopefully the film will be good though. More

http://www.letransporteur3-lefilm.com/ - this link is on the poster and contains a trailer. it has no sound and the subtitles are in french, but it's pretty cool. oh... and it seems I was wrong. He has the Audi again, not a VW. More

Payne!!!!
I genuinely believe that this could be the first actually good game-to-movie adaptation. The trailer looks super cool and the posters are pretty cool looking (if a bit basic). As for Transporter 3...well, meh. More

Stathams' Arm
Statham may have done this pose for the poster, but doesn't that arm seem a bit seperate from the rest of his body. They must have photoshoped it to be perfectly inline with his, cause it just isn't natural. As for Wahlberg, if it weren't for the guns and the moody lighting he'd be more like a lost puppy. Battle hardened and vengeful, I don't think so. More

Yes it's a bomb.................
Bring it on Stath, take the bomb and stick it up Paul Andersons arse!!!! Yay! But serioulsy, looking forward to more ridiculously fun no brainer action from the Stath. As for Max Payne, well....who'd of thunk it, but first impressions are quite good. I like the really stylised look that the trailer shows and the posters thus far have been pretty sweet. Just hope it lives up to expectation and doesn't result in another doozy for Sparky ala We Own The Night and The Happening. I still have More
