Dodgeball team score high with new idea

DreamWorks has purchased a comedy pitch from Dodgeball director Rawson Marshall Thurber for $1 million.

The story and title are being kept under wraps for now, but Ben Stiller is already attached and Thurber plans to write and direct the high-concept comedy himself.

Errrm story? Granted I pretty much like anything with Ben Stiller (and yes that does include Along Came Polly Booreville - even though it wasn't his best), but I would like to hear a little more about it first. Really should be set in Micronesia though... More

Haha, Ethan, didn't that occur in Zoolander! ;) Anyway, I'm a big fan of Ben Stiller and thought Dodgeball was hilarious (apart from the stereotypical German lass) so I hope this- whatever it is- turns out to be a good movie. -s- More

i hope it has zoolanders sense of silly charm rather than the stupid crudity of dodgeball. it had a few good laughs, but only in the dialogue, very few of the actual jokes were funny. More
