Esquire recently declared that Our Kate was the world's sexiest woman and, while you may not entirely agree, it's easy to see where they're coming from. Watch Shooting Fish again, and it's hard to reconcile the fresh-faced, slightly spunky girl in that with the long-haired, ultra-confident sex bomb of recent years. But, whatever happened to allow Beckinsale to make the transition, we're glad it did.
