Even a decade after its release, it's difficult for hardcore Nintendo fans to talk about Ocarina Of Time without shedding a nostalgic tear of joy. One of the most hyped games in console history, Ocarina lived up to all its promises and proved that, even though the Johnny-come-lately PlayStation had the sexiest and most mature titles, no one could touch Nintendo when it came to gripping gameplay and innovative puzzles. One of the greatest action RPGs of all time, Ocarina remains the benchmark by which all other swashbucklers are judged and the finest hour for its green-capped, pointy-eared hero. Pity The Wind Waker didn't measure up half as well.

Memorable for...
Equestrian escapades. The intense feeling of freedom when you hopped onto Link's trusty steed, Epona, for the first time, and headed off for a canter across the sprawling, haunted landscape of Hyrule. Unadulterated gaming joy.
